Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply to Orbit - Finance App at https://www.orbitfinance.cc.

1. Who we are

Orbit - Finance App (“Orbit”, “we”, “us”) is the online business management product available at https://www.orbitfinance.cc. User support and legal notices: blueprofessional9@gmail.com. This matches the support email on our Google OAuth consent screen.

Company registration details will be published here once the legal entity filing is complete. For support and privacy requests, use the contact email above.

2. What the service does

Orbit lets a business owner record revenue, costs, staff hours, wages, tasks and stock, and shows calculations, alerts and simulations based on what has been entered. It is a management tool, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace your accountant.

3. Your account and Google Sign-In

You must give accurate details, keep access to your account secure, and are responsible for what happens under your account, including anyone you invite. You must be authorised to act for the business you add. If you sign in with Google, Google’s terms also apply to that sign-in; Orbit only uses Google account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Plans, trial and payment

The first 14 days are free and no credit card is required to start. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in euro, in advance, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Your data

Your business data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time where the product provides export. If you enter data about employees, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another business’s data, break or overload the service, resell it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and figures shown are only as accurate as the data entered. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit or business decisions made using the app.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Orbit and delete your account at any time by contacting blueprofessional9@gmail.com. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breaches. After closure your data stays available for 30 days and is then deleted.

9. Changes and contact

If we change these terms materially we will tell you by email before they take effect where practicable. Questions: blueprofessional9@gmail.com. Home page: https://www.orbitfinance.cc.
